The Singapore based global events team of an international bank recently asked Event Concepts to design and manage a three day conference in Cape Town for some of their most influential financial partners.
With a focus on creating a platform to discuss current global challenges and opportunities, share industry practices and develop strategic and innovative solutions – this high level conference would bring together 50 Chief Financial officers from across the globe.
The Event Concepts Team were tasked to not only source the right venue and develop the look and feel of the conference, but also to create, coordinate and manage exclusive hospitality experiences at some of the Cape’s top restaurants and major tourist attractions, including supporting a local charity as part of their Corporate Social responsibility commitments.
