The luxurious Munro Boutique Hotel, tucked away in the leafy suburbs of a Johannesburg, played host to Mimecast’s prestigious Awards Dinner. This sophisticated and elegant experience honoured and celebrated the employees and their partners.
The mission was set for Event Concepts to create a stylish and memorable evening where guests enjoyed not only a gourmet dining experience and awards presentation but also a distinctive evening of well deserved luxury!
Our design team wanted to epitomise and optimise the Mimecast brand by creating a theme for the awards dinner which would serve as the golden thread to link all the key elements throughout the evening.
‘A night of Mimecast Glamour’ was used as the inspirational foundation for the décor look and feel. The spacious lounge area was converted into a stylish and chic “award worthy” dining setting.
The Bold midnight blue tablecloths offered a moody and intense platform which was perfectly complemented by the striking orange and white floral arrangements. This unique look created a colourful contrast on the dinner tables. Crystal vases and base plates added that extra touch of glamour and elegance that brought together this look effortlessly.
This trend setting event proved to be the talk of the town as all guests were and truly treated to a ‘night of Mimecast Glamour’.
